This is the official application form for CEF’s Fellowships.

Before you continue, please ensure that you have:

• Taken the Fellowship quiz to get an idea of your Fellowship level.

• Read through the Professional Standards, including the Professional Practice Map and Professional Values Map.

• Read through the 'Use of Evidence to Support Fellowship Applications’ section on the Fellowships page.

• Downloaded and familiarised yourself with the Application Guide which outlines all the parts of the official application, supporting documents and evidence required to attach to your application.

• Paid for your Fellowship level and received a payment reference number that you will need to provide at the end of your application. You can choose your Fellowship level and pay here: https://www.eventsandfestivals.org/fellowship-payment
